What We’re Looking For Experience: Proven track record as a New Car Manager or similar role in the automotive industry, INFINITI experience strongly preferred. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, inspire, and hold a team accountable to achieve goals. Customer Focus: Strong understanding of INFINITI customers and their expectations. Sales Expertise: Exceptional sales skills with a data‑driven approach to decision‑making. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Passion for Audi Vehicles: Knowledge and enthusiasm of INFINITI vehicles and the luxury automotive market.
