The company serves more than 15,000 clients and manages over $100 million in insurance premiums annually. The firm supports a wide variety of clients, from small businesses to global corporations, with a strong emphasis on customer-first service.
\n \nSalary Range:
\n$50-$100k+ base (flexible/based on experience) + UNCAPPED COMMISSION ($100-$200k+ OTE) + benefits + high growth potential!

\n \nRole Description
\nThis is a full-time, hybrid Insurance Sales Executive/Sales Associate role based in Melville, NY , with the flexibility to work from home on select days. The position focuses on managing client relationships, supporting risk management activities, assisting with insurance program placements, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
\n \nPrimary Responsibilities

- Manage client relationships and ensure high satisfaction. \n
- Provide risk management solutions tailored to client needs. \n
- Assist with insurance program placement, including carrier negotiations. \n
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and other client-facing documentation. \n
- Maintain accurate client records (including CRM documentation). \n
- Collaborate internally with underwriting, operations, and service teams to deliver comprehensive solutions. \n
Required Qualifications
\n- \n
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. \n
- Experience in client relationship management or customer service. \n
- Familiarity with insurance practices, risk management, and managing client portfolios. \n
- Proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and presentation tools. \n
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. \n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively. \n
Preferred Education & Certifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred, not required). \n
- Relevant insurance licenses or designations are a plus. \n
- Property & Casualty (including Workers’ Compensation, D&O and Professional) \n
- Employee Health Insurance Plans \n
- 401k Plans and other retirement plans \n
- Captive Insurance Companies and other alternate risk funding strategies \n
- Life Insurance \n
