Adept Dental Group — A Practice Defined By Excellence is seeking a Full-Time Associate Dentist to join our established private practice in Bakersfield, CA.

We are a patient-centered practice focused on providing high-quality, conservative dentistry in a warm and welcoming environment. Our ideal dentist is compassionate, personable, and committed to building lasting relationships with patients.

• 33% of collections
• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Every other Friday: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
• No evenings or weekends
• Partnership opportunity available

Our practice has a strong reputation in the Bakersfield community and welcomes 100+ new patients each month without advertising . You'll join an experienced team of 4 doctors and 38 staff members , with dedicated assistants and strong clinical support.

One of our longtime dentists is preparing for retirement, creating an exciting opportunity for a new associate to step into an established, active patient base from day one . With a strong flow of new patients and an established practice infrastructure, you'll have the opportunity to quickly build a thriving schedule while developing lasting relationships with patients.

This position is focused on routine general dentistry . There is no requirement to perform endodontics or oral surgery. You'll have the flexibility to provide the procedures you enjoy and are comfortable treating while focusing on excellent patient care.
