• Perform demolition, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and finish carpentry
• Trim carpentry
• Tile laying
• Door hanging
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow project plans, timelines, and safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients
• Document work progress and materials used

• 4 years minimum experience in remodeling -Valid driver's license -Strong work ethic -Ability to follow directions and work as a team member in a safety-first work environment
• Perform various remodeling tasks, including but not limited to:
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs
• Ability to lift heavy objects as required
• Must be able to use basic hand tools, such as a screwdriver, wrench, hammer crowbar, and power tools
• Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagrammatic form -Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law - Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to client specifications
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project needs
