We pay 80% of the cost 401(k) Plan: Up to 4% match End of Season Bonus Heating savings program: In partnership with Irving and Dead River—save on heating oil and propane Core Values Program: Earn points for branded swag Life Insurance & AD&D: We cover the first $10,000, with additional voluntary coverage available Short-Term Disability: Provided at no cost Referral Bonus: Up to $1,000 per new full-time employee you refer Discounts: Hotel stays (our portfolio and selected New England Inns & Resorts), dining, and spa services Employee Recognition Programs Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Free and anonymous counseling services Employee Relief Fund: Financial support for unexpected situations, mostly funded by our awesome teammates Annual Flu Shot Clinic Witham Family Hotels Gala: An annual event that recognizes YOU Community Giving: The Witham Family Hotels Charitable Fund has donated over a million dollars to local organizations Key Responsibilities: Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards Change linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities Clean bathrooms, floors, and surfaces thoroughly Inspect cleaned rooms to ensure they meet company cleanliness and presentation standards Identify and correct any deficiencies prior to guest arrival Report maintenance issues or damaged items promptly Maintain cleanliness of hallways, storage areas, and housekeeping spaces Ensure housekeeping carts and supplies are stocked and organized Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleaning protocols Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to meet daily room quotas and quality expectations Skills & Requirements: Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify cleanliness and presentation issues Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Good time management and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays Performance Measurement: Success will be measured by quality of room cleanliness, consistency of inspection standards, efficiency, teamwork, and overall guest satisfaction.
