Responsibilities The Client Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Laredo, TX. This role supports financial advisors in delivering high-quality client service by managing day-to-day client interactions, responding to inquiries, and coordinating account-related requests. The Client Associate assists with preparing client reports, maintaining accurate client records, and supporting the onboarding of new clients and accounts. The role includes daily operations, organizing documentation, and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure smooth operational processes. The Client Associate also supports client communication campaigns and contributes to maintaining a professional and compliant client experience. Qualifications Strong Client Services and Communication skills to manage client relationships, respond to inquiries, and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Sales and relationship-building abilities to support business development activities, client retention efforts, and cross-service introductions. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with common office and CRM software tools. Ability to work on-site in Laredo, TX, collaborate within a small team, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in financial services, wealth management, or related client-facing roles is preferred.
