Associate Attorney

Berger Schatz LLP,one of the most preeminent matrimonial law firms in the nation, with offices in Chicago and Lake Forest, Illinois, is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney. This Associate Attorney will collaborate with other members of our team, be responsible for handling multiple cases simultaneously, and represent high net worth clientele. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsible for overall case; file handling, organization, drafting document, attending depositions and court appearances Manage cases in Cook, Lake, DuPage and all outlying surrounding counties Maintain client relationships and confidentiality throughout complex cases Requirements: Three (3) – five (5) years experience in civil litigation, domestic relations experience is required Exceptional writing and analytical skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with clients directly Background in tax or financial is a plus, but not required Demonstrated planning, organization, and project management skills Ability to assess, prioritize, problem solve and execute multiple assignments in a high volume and fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet tight deadlines Experience working in a team environment Self-starting, intrapreneurial mindset, with desire to grow and learn Hybrid workplace- blend of in person and remote work environment Competitive salary and bonus structure Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Life, Long Term Disability, Long Term Care, Short Term Disability Insurance 401K If this opportunity interests you, please forward your cover letter, resume, and writing sample View email address on click.appcast.io Salary range 110K-135K depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Berger Schatz
