The caseload is primarily general orthopedics with only a minimal neuro component, giving you a strong focus on musculoskeletal care while still offering variety in your clinical practice. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop and progress individualized treatment plans, and manage a steady schedule in a dynamic outpatient setting. The clinic sees a wide range of ages and activity levels, allowing you to build and maintain well-rounded orthopedic skills. Schedule is 5 eight-hour day shifts (5:8s D), with an expected 40 hours per week and no on-call requirements, supporting a predictable work-life balance.
