Overview This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pinellas Park, FL. The Site Foreman will oversee and manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and on time. Must know grading and utility work. Responsibilities include supervising construction teams, delegating tasks, ensuring site safety protocols are followed, maintaining project schedules, and coordinating equipment and material needs. Additionally, the role involves quality control, progress reporting, and collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills to manage teams effectively and ensure project success Experience in operating and managing Heavy Equipment Excellent Communication skills to liaise with team members, clients, and contractors Proficiency in Carpentry and Maintenance work Ability to ensure adherence to safety standards and resolve on-site challenges Problem-solving skills and capability to work under tight deadlines Relevant certifications and licenses in construction or heavy equipment operation are beneficial #J-18808-Ljbffr
