You'll help improve processes, partner with teams across the business, and play an active role in supporting company growth.If you're the type of person who asks, "How can we do this better?" instead of "How have we always done it?" we'd love to meet you.What You'll Be DoingPrepare journal entries, reconciliations, and assist with month-end closeAnalyze financial data and investigate account variancesHelp improve and streamline accounting processesSupport fixed assets, capital expenditures, commissions, and rebatesProcess and reconcile AP transactions, including freight and duty invoicesMonitor AR activity and assist with collections effortsResolve vendor and customer account discrepanciesBuild reports and analyses that help drive business decisionsIdentify opportunities to strengthen controls and increase efficiencyCollaborate across departments to support company objectivesWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field3+ years of accounting experienceStrong General Ledger, reconciliation, and month-end close experienceWorking knowledge of AP and AR processesUnderstanding of U.S. GAAPERP system experienceAdvanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsBonus Points If You HaveExperience in manufacturing, distribution, or inventory-based environmentsExposure to fixed assets, commissions, rebates, or capital projectsA passion for process improvementThe ability to work independently and take initiativeA collaborative, team-first mindsetWhy You'll Love This OpportunityThis isn't a role where you'll be siloed into one area of accounting.You'll gain exposure across multiple functions, work closely with leadership, contribute ideas that matter, and have the opportunity to make a visible impact on the business.We're looking for someone who enjoys ownership, embraces challenges, and wants to grow alongside a strong team.Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Huntington Beach, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $85000.00/yr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
