You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job DescriptionAt Regions the Regions Business Capital Collateral Specialist provides direct customer service for clients with cash management and lending structures. This position provides analysis and reporting of client loan and collateral activity and monitors risk by utilizing advanced knowledge of bank's policies and procedures.Primary ResponsibilitiesAnalyzes collateral documents and prepares management reporting for portfolioManages the document review/exceptions processWorks with relationship managers to ensure that reporting meets requirements of loan documents and ensures that collateral is in place to minimize riskUses complex mathematical formulas to analyze the level and quality of collateral and alerts relationship managers of pertinent trends affecting the value of the portfolioPrepares reports used by senior management for purpose of lending decisions and credit risk reviewProvides collateral and loan information to field audit teamInputs collateral information into the specialized Asset Based Lending Manager system to determine daily collateral position and borrowing availabilityMay take on additional responsibilities as directed by managerThis position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime under the non-exempt FLSA classification for hours worked in excess of 40 per week.This position is incentive eligible.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDTwo (2) years of relevant experiencePreferencesCollege degreeThree (3) years of related experience, preferably in Asset Based Lending or Commercial LendingSkills and CompetenciesAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentAnalytical and ability to exercise sound judgmentExcellent organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong verbal, written communication, and organizational skillsStrong work ethic and self-motivationPosition will be onsite out of our office in Atlanta, GA. The onsite expectations are at least 4 days a week with 1 day work from home.Position TypeFull timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.Job Range Target:Minimum: $60,900.00 USDMedian: $76,492.50 USDIncentive Pay Plans:This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan.
