Mineral Buyer

Eckard Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Mineral Buyer to support ongoing mineral acquisition efforts across active acquisition projects. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with acquisition professionals and management while developing expertise in mineral acquisitions, owner negotiations, and transaction execution. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, and confident communicating with mineral owners. Responsibilities Conduct outbound owner outreach regarding mineral acquisition opportunities Source, research, and maintain owner contact information utilizing company-provided databases, subscriptions, and research tools Negotiate directly with mineral owners and assist in advancing acquisition opportunities Organize, maintain, and update acquisition data, owner records, and Excel-based tracking systems Coordinate closely with Acquisition Landmen and management on active acquisition projects Track ongoing acquisition discussions, negotiations, and follow-up efforts Support transaction execution and acquisition-related due diligence activities Assist with special projects and strategic acquisition initiatives as needed Qualifications Oil and gas experience preferred but not required for highly motivated candidates Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative, persistence, and accountability Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Comfortable communicating and negotiating with a wide range of mineral owners Performance-based bonus opportunity tied directly to acquisition activity Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD, and Teladoc benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr Eckard Enterprises, LLC
