Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and implement patient care for ICU patients across the appropriate age groups on the assigned unit.
- Monitor patient status, interpret assessments, and initiate timely interventions to stabilize clinical conditions.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust individualized care plans in alignment with unit standards.
- Administer medications and therapies as ordered, monitor responses, and document care accurately in the chart.
- Manage advanced interventions common in critical care (e.g., airway management, hemodynamic support) under physician direction.
- Ensure safety, infection control, and quality standards; educate patients and families; participate in rounds and communicate changes to the team.

Requirements
- Current California RN license
- Minimum 1 year of ICU or critical care experience
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN)
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a hospital ICU environment
- Eligibility to work in the United States and travel assignment readiness
