Supported by our homebase and a network of Operating Directors, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision forward. Responsibilities and Duties Independently manage and lead the branch, with ongoing corporate training and support. Business Development: develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider. Referral Building: cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.). Staffing and Scheduling: hire and onboard new team members, ensure all shifts are properly staffed, and monitor on‑call responsibilities. In‑home Assessments: build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction. Financial Management: oversee office budget, reflected in profit and loss statements. Cultivating Culture: create an attractive workplace for your territory and set the tone of team morale through incentives and motivation. Qualifications and Skills A proven leader with previous experience managing a team. Success with meeting sales and business development goals. Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment. Entrepreneurial mindset. Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and oversight of staff. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
