• Provide day‑to‑day SAP S/4HANA support for users across manufacturing, logistics, procurement, engineering, and finance.
• Resolve Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets with a primary focus on SD and MM modules; support related logistics and operational processes.
• Partner with key users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective SAP solutions.
• Configure, test, and document SAP enhancements and customizations.
• Support data maintenance activities, system upgrades, patches, and transports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external SAP resources to ensure solutions meet functional and technical requirements.
• Proactively identify process gaps and opportunities for SAP process optimization.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and user guides.
• Utilize ABAP for debugging, custom reports, and enhancements; support Fiori/UI development as needed.

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, with expertise in SD and MM (PP, WM, or QM experience is a plus).
• Experience with SAP BTP, Fiori, OData services, SAPUI5, JavaScript, and HTML is a plus.
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes and integration with third‑party systems.
• Experience working within SAP support frameworks, including incident and change management.
• Exposure to SAP project work, enhancements, or system rollouts.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and support a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent English written and verbal communication skills.
