Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness. Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald’s standards. Communicate effectively with crew and incoming shift managers to prepare for a great shift. Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals. Take action to monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability. Manage crew schedules and encourage high performance. Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production. Train new team members on critical job functions.
