Overview By joining our team you will be joining a crew-based environment where Owners, Directors of Operations, Area Supervisors and General Managers all began as crew members. We provide the tools and resources for you to grow with us. This posting is for a role with an independent McDonald’s franchisee. Walk-In Interviews Available most days from 8-11am and 2-4pm. Responsibilities Oversee shifts each week and ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness. Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald’s standards. Communicate effectively with crew and incoming shift managers to prepare for a great shift. Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals. Take action to monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability. Manage crew schedules and encourage high performance. Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production. Train new team members on critical job functions.
