Recruiter – OperationsWe are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support Operations hiring across Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and related Life Sciences functions in Arizona. The recruiter will focus on building local talent pipelines, managing full-cycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers, and providing market intelligence to support current and future hiring needs.Key SkillsFull-cycle recruitment – Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Quality Control/Quality Assurance, and Life Sciences.Communication & relationship building – Ability to effectively partner with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders.Organization & attention to detail – Ability to manage multiple requisitions, candidates, and recruiting processes efficiently.Recruiting technology – Experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and social media recruiting.Local market expertise – Strong understanding of the Tempe, AZ talent market and ability to develop strategies to attract local talent.ResponsibilitiesManage recruitment for Operations functions including PDS&T, Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering in Arizona.Attract top talent and develop qualified candidate pipelines for current and future openings.Conduct candidate pre-screening and manage the recruitment process from sourcing through offer.Develop proactive sourcing strategies and maintain talent pools aligned with business priorities.Manage open requisitions and maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within the ATS.Meet recruiting metrics and communicate key accomplishments and recruiting activity.Provide industry insights, talent-market trends, competitive intelligence, and local market data to recruiting teams and business leaders.Prepare and support offer packages, including market and compensation/equity research.Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal employment laws and organizational recruiting policies.Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and leadership on staffing strategies and recruiting-related issues.QualificationsBachelor's degree required.2–3+ years of recruiting experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment; 5+ years preferred.Strong business presence with the ability to build credibility and deliver results.Proven experience in proactive recruiting and sourcing.Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry recruiting experience strongly preferred.Experience managing requisitions through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) required.Experience with iCIMS, SmartRecruiters, or similar ATS platforms preferred.EEO: "Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans."
