We hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds to make us stronger and ensure our team reflects the diversity of the businesses and communities we serve.As a personal banker, you will:Build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and provide solutions.Open new accounts, onboard new relationships, originate loans and lines, refer to partners to help meet additional needs.Make out-of-office business development calls to businesses, community organizations, and referral sources.Adhere to bank policies and procedures designed to comply with Federal regulations, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act and OFAC regulations.Reflect the core values and ethics of WaFd Bank, including integrity, teamwork, ownership, simplicity, discipline, and service.
