Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating all account activity and operational supportProvide technical leadership and operational management for assigned personnel supporting semiconductor manufacturing, facilities, and equipment operations on customer sitesBuild and maintain strong relationships across the organization to support long?term partnership and growth with clientsEngage with clients daily to gather feedback, assess satisfaction, and address concerns with professionalism and urgencyRepresent WGNSTAR in planning, operational, and business development meetingsDevelop, track, and report key performance indicators and operational metrics for both customers and WGNSTAR leadershipPartner with the Head of Operations to forecast business needs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basisCoordinate and participate in site meetings with internal teams and customer stakeholdersActively identify and pursue opportunities to expand services with existing and prospective customersConduct in?depth technical and general interviews (via phone, Microsoft Teams, and in?person sessions) to evaluate candidate qualifications, problem?solving ability, cultural fit, and technical competenciesLead and manage onsite operations teams, providing clear direction, daily oversight, and ongoing supportExercise full managerial authority for hiring, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, terminations, performance management, coaching, goal setting, attendance, compensation recommendations and technical competency developmentChampion a strong Health & Safety culture for all employees and contractorsMonitor team performance to ensure consistent operational excellence and adherence to expectationsRequirements:Demonstrated success leading teams in fast?paced, dynamic, and customer?focused environmentsProven ability to develop, track, and report KPIs, forecast operational needs, and drive continuous process improvementStrong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross?functional teams and diverse stakeholder groupsExcellent communication, problem?solving, and decision?making skills, with the ability to manage competing prioritiesAbility to build strong client relationships and represent the organization professionally in operational and business development settingsAbility to brief technical and non?technical stakeholders, including engineering, operations, and executive teamsPreferences:Experience in operations management within a semiconductor, high?tech manufacturing, or advanced technical environmentTechnical knowledge of equipment utilized within a Semiconductor or related facilities and manufacturing environmentHigh technical aptitude with a solid understanding of processes, tools, and workflows within the semiconductor industry and/or industrial environmentsPhysical Effort/Activities: On a continuous basis, will work in an office environment, sit at a desk for a long period of time, intermittently answer the telephone, and use a computer to communicate. On an occasional basis in the performance of duties, may be required to walk, stand, drive, and lift up to 25 pounds.
