Responsibilities Process and manage accounts receivable for multiple company entities within our agriculture and trucking operations Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices to maintain healthy cash flow Apply payments accurately to customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Generate and distribute invoices for services rendered across trucking and soil operations Maintain organized and accurate financial records for all accounts receivable transactions Prepare and post payroll journal entries in accordance with company policies Coordinate with operations teams to verify billing accuracy and resolve customer inquiries Assist with month‑end closing procedures and financial reporting requirements Process credit memos and adjustments as needed Maintain strong communication with customers regarding payment status and account issues Requirements Proven experience with Sage accounting software Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management and reporting Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting Strong ability to multitask effectively in a high‑paced work environment Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record‑keeping Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Experience managing accounts for multiple companies or entities preferred Knowledge of trucking or agriculture industry accounting practices is a plus Employment Type Full Time Compensation $25.00 to $30.00 / Hourly To begin the application process, click Apply #J-18808-Ljbffr
