We are currently hiring for full-time Medical Assistants to work at our CCP Now Lansdale, PA office.Please note this role is entitled to a $500 sign-on bonus.ResponsibilitiesWork with an assigned provider dailySupport the patient triage processEscort patients to the exam roomRecord medical information, review medications, and obtain vital signsPerform EKGs and limited ultrasound, as neededFollow up on lab resultsAnswer phones and assist with check-in/out procedures if necessaryAssist with precertification/billing processAssist with appointment schedulingReview and prepare discharge assignmentsOther duties as assignedRequirementsBLS preferred through the American Heart Association (AHA)Must have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Medical AssistantPhlebotomy experience preferred, not requiredFamiliarity with various cardiology-related procedures such as stress tests, managing Coumadin therapy, and Holter monitors are a plusMust have the ability to multitaskComputer knowledge is a mustExperience with an EMR system is a plusBenefitsCardiology Consultants of Philadelphia provides medical, vision, dental, 401k, profit sharing, LTD, generous PTO, and paid holiday time.*If you are hired, and assuming your employment is in good standing, you will receive the sign-on bonus. The bonus will be paid to you no later than 30 days following your start date.
