In this role, you’ll work in the lab and with our partner CMO's to turn product ideas into prototypes, develop formulations across a range of dosage forms, and support products from concept through launch. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys bench work, innovation, cross-functional teamwork, and building products consumers will actually use.YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and optimize new formulations for OTC consumer health products, with a strong focus on gummies and VMSCreate lab prototypes and help turn early ideas into viable product conceptsManage multiple development projects and prioritize work to meet timelinesPartner with cross-functional teams including analytical, regulatory, technical, and commercialIdentify technical risks early and help drive solutionsSupport external development work when neededPrepare technical documentation to support product development, launch, and regulatory approvalWork with analytical teams to define testing and stability requirementsContribute to innovation by evaluating new delivery formats, ingredients, and technologiesPresent product concepts and prototypes to internal teamsRequired Qualifications:Direct experience developing gummies and/or VMS products is strongly preferredExperience in formulation development for OTC, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, nutritional, or consumer health productsStrong hands-on laboratory skills and experience with product prototypingExperience supporting new product development from idea to executionComfort managing several projects at once in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work effectively on cross-functional teamsStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishUnderstanding of cGMP requirementsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related science field with 6+ years of relevant experienceMaster’s degree in a related field with 4+ years of relevant experiencePhD in a related field with 1+ year of industry or academic research experience in drug product developmentThis posting will be available for application until at least July 9, 2026.Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $ 93600- 140400. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant).
