Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist at Chandler Tolbert - State Farm Agent, located in Edmond, OK. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, handling incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting visitors, and managing general office tasks. Additionally, the role includes providing front-desk support, assisting with customer inquiries, and ensuring efficient office operations to create a welcoming environment for both customers and team members.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties to effectively communicate with clients and handle calls professionally.
• Strong Clerical Skills, including organization, accuracy, and attention to detail in managing office tasks and appointments.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to assist clients and provide an outstanding experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and independently as needed.
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is an advantage.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including email and scheduling software.
