My Arcade is seeking a highly organized and process-driven Project Coordinator to join the Product Development team. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and building systems that help teams stay organized and projects stay on track. Rather than stepping into an existing process, you'll help develop and maintain the systems that support our Product Development team from concept through delivery. You'll work closely with multiple departments and our overseas factory partners to help keep projects organized, monitor milestones and deadlines, improve workflows, and develop systems to manage direct shipments from our factories to customers. This is a full-time position located onsite at our Torrance, California headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project tracking systems and workflows.
- Coordinate product development projects from concept through warehouse delivery.
- Create and maintain systems to manage direct shipments from our factories to customers.
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and key deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal departments and overseas factory partners to help keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and increase efficiency.
- Assist with artwork proofing and other Product Development support activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience developing, implementing, or significantly improving project management or workflow systems.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with project management software such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Airtable, Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
Preferred Experience
- Consumer products, manufacturing, packaging, or product development (2-3yrs).
- Working with overseas factories or suppliers (2-3yrs).
- Interest in gaming or consumer electronics is a plus.
