You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.About The RoleWe are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead our Payment Foundations team, responsible for building a secure, reliable, and scalable platform for money movement across Garner. This role is the core platform enabling Garner's financial incentives, which drives best-in-class health and financial outcomes for patients and employers. This role reports to the VP of Product Management.Where you will work: This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.What You Will DoOwn Garner's payments platform strategy and roadmap, including payment systems, financial ledger, payments data products, and payment operations tools.Be the internal and external owner for Garner's payment partner and vendor integrations, including our payment processing and card vendors, bank partners, and HSA provider integrations.Drive development of APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities that enable teams across Garner to initiate, track, and reconcile money movement safely and reliably.Establish company-wide standards for compliance, financial reporting, and incident response.Partner with product, engineering, operations, legal, and finance to enable 0-to-1 payments products and use cases. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws.
