We help brands bring their ideas to life from concept to print to the finished piece that lands in someone's hands. - Set up, operate, and maintain a range of finishing equipment, including automated booklet-making systems, cutters, folders, and coating equipment.
- Read job tickets and follow specs to produce accurate, high-quality finished pieces.
- Make adjustments and run quality checks throughout each run to catch issues early and minimize waste.
- Keep equipment clean, perform routine operator maintenance, and report mechanical problems promptly.
- Move and stage materials, load and unload stock, and keep your work area organized and safe.
- Communicate with production and prepress teammates to keep jobs on schedule.
- Prior bindery or print-finishing experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort operating production equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable, punctual, and a team player who takes pride in finished work.
- Occasional overtime as required
