2nd Shift HR Generalist
Employment Type - Contract with potential to Direct Hire
Hours: 1p - 9p or 2p - 10p, Onsite - Monday through Friday
Location: Franklin, WI.
Pay Range: $25.00-$35.00 per hour DOE

Join a thriving Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) manufacturing company in Franklin, WI, as our dedicated 2nd Shift HR Generalist! This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to shape employee experiences and support operational success during the evening hours. You'll be the go-to HR partner for second-shift employees and supervisors, providing hands-on support in employee relations, onboarding, recruiting, and policy enforcement. Required Skills:

• At least 2 years of HR experience in manufacturing, food, or CPG settings
• Expertise in onboarding, employee relations, recruiting, and HR administration
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during second-shift hours
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not mandatory

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience supporting employee engagement initiatives and retention programs
• Knowledge of employment law and safety procedures in manufacturing environments

Preferred Education and Experience:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production setting is highly valued

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to support second-shift operations, typically from 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM or 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive investigations
• Strong organizational skills and a service-oriented mindset
