Role Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage the construction warehouse and storage of project materials. This role involves coordinating the receiving of materials, working with buyers and suppliers, and ensuring materials are inspected, documented, and stored correctly until installation. The position requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a team setting or independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively manage construction warehouse operations and storage of project materials.
• Coordinate the receiving of materials by working with buyers, invoice reconcilers, coordinators, and external suppliers.
• Ensure materials are inspected for damage upon arrival and that all inspections are documented.
• Provide receiving documentation to the invoice reconciler for verification.
• Coordinate necessary preventative maintenance with appropriate leads until installation and turnover.
• Ensure materials are stored properly according to specific requirements.
• Gather, input, modify, and consolidate various documents as directed.

Required Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma.

Experience: 0-3 years of related experience.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to get along with others.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Demonstrated self-starter and proactive work approach.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay rate for this position is between $13.00 and $16.00 per hour.
