Property & Casualty Licensed Certificate Specialist

Providing professional-level support to construction clients, the full-time Certificate Specialist will manage certificate of insurance requests, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Review and analyze certificate requests for compliance with client contracts and insurance requirements Exercise judgment in determining appropriate coverage representation and escalate complex issues as needed Collaborate with account managers and brokers to support construction clients' operational needs and project timelines Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, or a related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in insurance, risk management, or construction-related roles preferred Property & Casualty license may be required or obtained within a designated timeframe Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn agency management systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Virtual Vocations Inc
