Job Summary: 

As part of the Events team, you are responsible for assisting with all aspects of registration, course set-up and breakdown, timing, and course maintenance of all on-hill events, races and competitions. All Events staff are required to ski/ride at an advanced level. 

Job Specifications:  

• Starting Wage: $20/hr 

• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 

• Shift Type: Part Time hours available 

• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age 

• Housing Availability: No 

Job Responsibilities:  

• Follow and adhere to all company and departmental service standards.  
• Maintain a safe work area.
• Abide by operating procedures.
• Adapt schedule and work flow to changing business levels.  
• Work in an efficient, accurate and organized manner.  
• Monitor the operations of the activity and its components continually and notify appropriate personnel of any problems or unusual conditions.  
• Willingly perform expected amount of physical work.  
• Groomed and outfitted in the proper uniform according to department and company standards.
• Willingly perform other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements: 

• Lift/push up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally. 
• Ability to use hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, etc.) as well as manual excavation tools (shovel, pick, etc.). 
• Climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, feel, hear, see, and carry. 
• Able to walk uphill at high elevations 
• Participate in repetitive motions. 
• Often required to begin work early.
• Ability to be outside in potentially inclement weather for up to 8 hours

The expected pay range is $20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
