OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Crestview, FL by HMD Trucking
$1,505 - $2,175 per weekFull-time
HMD Trucking
Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Home time: 2 weeks out, 2 nights home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150

Become part of HMD Trucking’s Crestview crew running flatbed routes nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pilot modern trucks equipped with APUs, inverters, sleeper cabs
- Secure, tarp (if needed) and transport freight safely
- Maintain logs and compliance with federal and state rules

- $0.70 per mile plus $0.10 safety/productivity premium

You Need:
- Valid Class A CDL
