Financial Specialist - Continuing Education - Camps and ConferencesThe Department of Continuing Education in the College of Graduate Studies and Continuing Education at UW-Whitewater seeks a Financial Specialist, (Financial Specialist II). Join the Camps and Conferences team in successfully hosting over 10,000+ youth and adults annually through camps, conferences, events and lessons. This position supports the unit by being the primary person responsible for all financial operations. The role also prepares, analyzes, and distributes financial reports to monitor budgets, revenue, expenses, and overall program performance. In addition, this position works closely with program staff, vendors, and the finance team to resolve billing inquiries, maintain accurate financial records, support budget planning, and ensure the smooth and efficient financial administration of all Camps and Conferences activities. This is a full-time, 12-month position.Department: Continuing Education- Camps and ConferencesCompensation: Well-qualified candidates can expect a starting hourly wage within a range of $21/hr - $24/hr.
