Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Location: Las Cruces, NM

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 19:00 - 07:00

Job Description: We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced emergency department. The RN will be responsible for implementing treatment plans, conducting evaluations, and managing high acuity cases in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the emergency department.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care procedures.
• Monitor and document patient progress and reactions to interventions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in emergency services.
• Current RN license in New Mexico.
• ACLS, BLS, ENPC, NIH Stroke Scale, PALS, and TNCC certifications required.
