What’s the Gig?\n

  You’ll play a key role in a Level II NICU with a planned transition to Level III , offering the chance to help shape and elevate the program.

\n
• \n

  Currently a 12-bed NICU , designed to support both growth and high-quality patient care.

\n
• \n

  Approximately 1,400 annual deliveries , serving a broad regional population.

\n
• \n

  Average daily census of 6–7 patients , allowing for thoughtful, patient-centered care.

\n

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:\n

\n
• \n

  Managing neonates born at 32 weeks gestation or greater and weighing 1,500 grams or more .

\n
• \n

  Caring for convalescing infants transitioning out of intensive care.

\n
• \n

  Providing short-term mechanical ventilation support as needed.

\n
• \n

  Stabilizing and coordinating transfer of critically ill neonates requiring higher-level care.

\n
• \n

  Treating infants with perinatal substance exposure , including scoring and pharmacologic management.

\n
• \n

  Managing low-birth-weight infants who require extended monitoring, feeding support, and nursing care.

\n
• \n

  Delivering critical neonatal interventions such as CPR, cardiac monitoring, oxygen therapy, and acute stabilization.

\n
