Groundskeeper

Rate: $18.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

Monthly renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.

We are seeking a groundskeeper for our 182-unit luxury mid-rise apartment community in the exciting Knox District of Dallas on McKinney Avenue! Our Groundskeeper is responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. Requirements

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

• Ability to work independently and as a team member

Responsibilities

• Walking the property grounds and common areas

• Picking up trash and debris

• Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies

• Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/or Assistant Community Manager.
