Position: Physical Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in beautiful southwest Montana. This rewarding position involves a varied caseload, including outpatient care, acute therapy, skilled nursing therapy, and home health.

Schedule

• 5 shifts per week
• 8-hour shifts

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans.
• Provide therapy services in outpatient, acute, skilled nursing, and home health settings.
• Monitor patient progress and document outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Two years of experience in acute and long-term care settings.
• Valid state certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
