Operations Analyst
Glint Tech Solutions is a women-owned, global IT staffing and recruiting firm supporting enterprise clients across the USA and Canada.
Our client, a leading enterprise organization in the financial services sector, is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support Custody, Securities, Investment, and Wealth Management Operations functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process client account updates and data maintenance requests
- Support cash and securities transfer activities
- Manage cash disbursements and receipts
- Generate and interpret operational reports using BOXI
- Coordinate with cross-functional operational teams to ensure accurate, timely processing
- Maintain quality, confidentiality, and client-service standards
Mandatory Skills:
- Systematic Withdrawal Plan (SWP)
- Data amendments & account maintenance
- Custody Operations
- Securities Operations
- Investment Operations
- Wealth Management Operations
- Capital Markets (Equities & Fixed Income)
- Cash management & reconciliation
- BOXI Reporting
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in investment, securities, custody, or wealth management operations
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
