Multi-Location Customer Service Specialist

Job Description The selected candidate will work at stores within a 20‑mile radius of Store #1026, located at 4182 Plainfield Ave SE, Grand Rapids, 49525. Customer Service Specialists are essential to our retail success. They work with wholesale and retail customers to determine needs, provide product information, recommend solutions, resolve concerns, and maintain high visual and quality standards. They consistently meet store sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service. A criminal history review is required for all positions to protect the safety and reputation of the company, its customers, and employees. Responsibilities Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services. Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with store policies and procedures. Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain precise work‑order files and formulas. Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed. Tint and mix products to customer specifications. Stock shelves and arrange displays. Clean store equipment. Load and unload delivery trucks. Assist with deliveries as required. Maintain in‑stock and presentable condition of assigned areas. Remain knowledgeable about products and discuss available options. Comply with inventory control procedures. Suggest ways to improve sales. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship. Valid, unrestricted driver’s license. Ability to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally. Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position. Experience selling paint or paint‑related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language. Proficiency in Spanish (preferred).
