We are seeking a full-time General Dentist to join a well-established solo-doctor practice in McArthur, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a new grad or a dentist looking for structured mentorship, with a clear, defined path to ownership in a practice already generating $1M+ in annual revenue.

• Guaranteed base salary plus a percentage of production/collections
