This role oversees facility operations and integrates services across Nursing, Radiation Therapy, Dosimetry, and Patient Access. With direction from Cancer Service Line Leadership and input from the Department Chair, the Director will ensure the freestanding site's financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and facility management while fostering a seamless, high-performing operation grounded in patient safety and hospitality. The ideal candidate brings matrixed leadership, financial acumen, and a patient-centered approach, along with a proven record of improving operational performance in healthcare. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. At least six (6) years of management experience in a healthcare environment, including at least two (2) years of progressively responsible roles. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Seven (7) years of management experience in physician group practice or healthcare organization preferred. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Expertise in revenue cycle operations, reimbursement, billing, and Workday. Strong understanding of clinical operations and healthcare management. Proficiency in data analytics, pro forma development, and business planning. Leadership across matrixed teams, including conflict resolution and cross-functional collaboration. Expertise in regulatory compliance, Joint Commission readiness, and safety protocols.
