- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a visible security presence
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons
- Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
- Respond to alarms and react to emergency situations promptly and effectively
- Report suspicious activities, incidents, and security breaches
- Write detailed daily reports and incident reports as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Operate security systems, such as surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary
- Class D Security License
