Onboarding Coordinator

Job Summary: 7Crew Enterprises, LLC, is looking for a skilled Onboarding coordinator to ensure new hires have a positive, well-organized introduction to the company. This position works closely with our operations team to coordinate onboarding activities, maintain accurate employee records, and support HR processes. Duties/Responsibilities: Coordinates all onboarding activities for new employees through our HRIS system. Collaborates with new hires regarding the onboarding process utilizing phone calls, chats, email, and/or other forms of communication. Performs customer service functions by answering candidate requests and questions. Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation. Files documents into appropriate employee files within our HRIS system. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent data entry skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Must be reliable and trustworthy. Must be proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office or related programs. Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with employees. Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and time keeping systems. Education and Experience: Our ideal candidate holds a degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience will be considered. At least two years related experience required. HR certification is preferred. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. The Onboarding Coordinator is a hybrid role that offers flexibility to perform job responsibilities from our corporate office in Lubbock, Texas, a designated office location, or remotely from a home office, based on business needs and job requirements.
