Everett & Associates is looking for motivated, licensed insurance professionals who are interested in account management, client relationships, insurance sales, and business development.

This opportunity is designed for someone who can communicate professionally with clients, follow up on leads, manage their pipeline, and provide excellent ongoing service.

What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain client accounts
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Identify opportunities to help clients with their insurance needs
• Conduct client consultations and presentations
• Maintain accurate records and follow up consistently
• Develop and manage your own book of business
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Work independently while receiving support from our team

Requirements

• Active insurance license preferred/required based on position
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Professional and dependable
• Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and virtually
• Organized and able to manage multiple accounts
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent
• Previous insurance sales experience
• Account management experience
• Customer service experience
• Sales or business development experience
• Call-center or remote sales experience
• Experience managing a client portfolio or book of business

Insurance experience is strongly preferred, but the right motivated professional may be considered based on qualifications and licensing.

Income Potential

Expected Annual Income: $50,000–$100,000+

Income is commission-based/1099 and varies based on production, sales, account activity, and individual performance. This is not a guaranteed salary.
