Ready to make a real difference in patient care? As a Lab Assistant-Specimen Collector, you'll be the friendly face of our lab! Here's what you'll be doing:

• Master the Art of Phlebotomy: Collect blood samples with skill and confidence—you'll spend at least 25% of your time perfecting this essential craft
• Keep Things Moving: Process specimens, enter orders, and transport lab materials like a pro, all while following our established procedures
• Be a Point-of-Care Testing Star: Perform quick, accurate testing that helps patients get answers fast
• Create Great Experiences: Interact with patients, lab staff, and caregivers with genuine courtesy and professionalism—because a smile goes a long way in healthcare
• Work Independently (With Support):Take ownership of your tasks under limited supervision, showing initiative and reliability every single day

Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills is required.
• A minimum of six months experience in phlebotomy is required
