Position Overview Mechanic – responsible for ensuring the fleet operates safely, reliably, and efficiently by performing diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and repairs on trucks and heavy equipment. Works in a hands‑on environment to support the company's operations. What You’ll Do Fleet Maintenance & Repair Perform preventative maintenance on forklifts Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems Complete DOT inspections Diagnostics & Troubleshooting Identify mechanical issues and test repairs Operational Support Generate and complete work orders Maintain a clean and safe workspace Team Collaboration Partner with drivers and operations teams Qualifications High school diploma or GED 2+ years of mechanic experience Strong troubleshooting skills Extra Credit CDL (Class A or B) Air Brake Certification Physical & Work Requirements Ability to lift, bend, and work in various conditions Compensation & Benefits The hourly range is posted for this position in Washington. The hourly rate will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations.
