Telemetry Technician - Medical Surgical Unit at Providence Newberg Medical Center. This posting represents a .6 FTE, night shift opening (7pm-7:30am, 2, 12 hour shifts per week) with rotating weekends.

Assists the lead/staff nurse, nursing supervisor and unit manager in planning, implementing and evaluating the activities in the nursing station by performing clerical and receptionist duties. Functions as a member of the nursing team by observing cardiac telemetry monitor and reporting cardiac arrhythmias to the registered nurse. Prepares, compiles and maintains patient records.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
