Familiarity with client onboarding, migration, implementation, or operational transformationprograms.Detailed Job Description:Position Summary The CCS 2.0 Business Readiness Lead will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of business and operational readiness activities required to support the successful rollout of the CCS 2.0 platform. This role will ensure that internal teams, business processes, client facing functions, operational procedures, training materials, support models, and change management activities are fully prepared before each migration wave and production deployment.
