Job Requirement:Required QualificationsAutomotive sales management or automotive finance management experience (required)Strong work ethic with proven ability to achieve resultsEffective leadership and team motivation skillsAssertive and knowledgeable in dealership sales operationsResults-driven, highly energized, and self- motivatedAvailability to work a flexible schedule including weekendsHigh School Diploma or GED required; college degree is a plusPreferred QualificationsBilingual language skills are highly desirableUsed car buying/appraising experience is a plusAuto Manufacturer Master Sales and/or Management Certifications is a plus
