This position is part of the technical service department and will be remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintenance/Repair/Troubleshooting/Installation/Validation (GMP: IQOQ) of equipment
• Organize strategic sales promotion/proposal activities to major customers such as maintenance/comprehensive contracts, inspection contracts, spare parts (spare parts) sales, etc.
• Collaboration as a team with domestic & worldwide other branches/departments to manage customer's outcome by controlling customer situation (revenue forecast/contract ratio/quality issues)
• Deliver mid to large scale installation projects as project manager by collaborating with other departments
• Preparation for launch of new equipment, obtaining service trainer certification
• Customer support by remote, dispatch field engineers to customer site.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Major in Biology, Bio-chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Genetic Engineering, or related.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in field service or related engineering department.
• English in reading and writing for understanding documents and writing email in English.
