Service Area & Shift Service Area - Louisville/Lexington, KY Shift Requirements after onboarding/training: Mon-Fri 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM (eligible for additional shift differential pay) Job Responsibilities You will be servicing IR/Cath, General X-Ray, and Hemodynamics Imaging Equipment in the Louisville/Lexington, KY area. Customer Service Engineer Level based on prior experience. You are in a field-based, customer-facing role that primarily installs, services, maintains and modifies Siemens' imaging equipment at customer sites. You will be responsible for delivering both timely and effective repairs as well as adequate training of operators to ensure optimal system performance, resulting in superior customer satisfaction. You will manage financial performance within your territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control and inventory management. You will manage company assets to include a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc. Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately. Qualifications You have knowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision. You have the ability and experience to establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately. You have experience in testing, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment. You have strong customer service and communication skills. You are proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment. Required Skills Minimum high school diploma, Technical Degree or equivalent experience. 1-2+ Years of field service experience is desired. Must be proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment, with the ability to work both individually and in an established team setting. You have strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to travel and provide service in assigned geography; willingness to participate in an on-call rotation after training and certification. Valid driver's license, ability to drive independently day and night, and good driving record required. Physical Requirements: Lifting 50 lbs (floor to above waist/head), walking, ladder/stepstool climbing, bending, twisting, sitting work, squatting work, standing work, high-reach, fine grasping manipulation, good vision, and ability to work alone. Fleet Safety Policy This role is governed by our Fleet Safety Policy. To be eligible for employment, applicants must hold a valid driver's license in the state they reside and may not have any prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges or other serious moving violations (unless such a restriction is prohibited by state/local law). Salary Base pay range: $45,180 - $62,128. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
